Portfolio

A brief summary of some of the projects code G has been involved in recently:

A workflow management and online customer account status web application for Fidelity Communications, Inc.. The customer account status and all workflow management is realtime using SQL databases and PHP web interfaces.

A water usage and forecasting web application for Tampa Bay Water in Florida. code G is providing the web application through Intera, Inc., an environmental engineering firm based in Austin, Texas. The functionality is completely dynamic and database driven.

A business to business e-commerce site for QwestDex™. We managed over 50% of the project and were the only application developer (after starting with 6) for the final half of the project. The site is completely dynamic and database driven using the Vignette StoryServer™ product. Every item is displayed via database generation, there is nothing static in the site. The site is managed and updated through a web application / interface. The project was finished on time, on budget, and with more features than were originally specified! All web design was provided by 37signals in Chicago.

An online dynamic catalog of stock photography images for The Stock Broker Photography Agency. Provides a search engine where potential customers can enter keywords to get a dynamically generated portfolio of images matching their needs. The database services tens of thousands of images and the returned display happens in just a few seconds.

A business marketing site for AmeriClaim - an insurance group holding company for claims management. Built the site for listing all of their services, as well as dynamic links to each of the individual adjusters/sales agents. This site has since been redesigned, although much of the core functionality is still based on our code..

A real estate / property management site for American for Sale by Owner Alliance - built a database driven web application where members could post and update information about their properties for sale and potential buyers could view properties based on their selection criteria. Due to the "dot.com bust", this company is no longer in existence.

We have also developed sites and web applications for several photographers, a couple of retail stores, a collectibles buy-sell operation, etc.

Other:

From 1993 to 1998, we developed a complete business management software program for the photographer / design industry. The software application provided completely integrated contacts management, correspondence, calendaring, estimating, contracting, invoicing, accounting, image management, and tax reporting. Due to lack of marketing funding, this project has been put on hold.
